Massey University | Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa is delighted to host the
5th SDG Summit series events.

The intention was that all 17 SDGs be achieved by 2030 - time is ticking
- so if you'd like to help us achieve a more sustainable and just world, jump on board and join us!
 

Guided by Agenda 2030 and the central, transformative promise to #LeaveNoOneBehind, we will hold two events.

Event 1: September 6, 2024
We will hold an in-person Hui in Wellington. There are limited places available for in-person attendance but the event will be livestreamed and recorded to share with anyone who is interested.

​Event 2: Two day Hui in early September, 2025
This event is being planned with our partners – Rangitāne o Manawatū, FoodHQ, Environment Network Manawatū and Palmerston North City Council. We envisage a focus on sustainable food systems, rural and urban development, and responsible production and consumption. Our event will be geared towards businesses moving in a sustainable direction, policy makers and practitioners from a wide range of backgrounds, as well as scholars, community organisations and youths. Understanding what we can learn from Indigenous peoples, especially from mātauranga Māori, will be a central theme of this event.
