2 Day Summit Event: Collaboration for Systemic Change
You're invited to participate in a two-day Summit event, focused on connecting, learning, collaborating and taking real action on the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Held over two consecutive days in Ōtautahi Christchurch, the 2021 SDG Summit is far from your ‘usual’ conference event.
You can expect a mixture of speakers and interactive participant-led sessions including but not limited to: think workshops, world cafe, fish bowl, kōrerorero, creative stations, activations and small group discussions, a community feast and field trips around the Waitaha Canterbury region, all focused around collaborating for the SDGs.
Online Hui #3: Working Together for Change
With topics for you to delve into ranging from Intergenerational Conversations and Justice, to the SDGs within the context of Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific, this third online hui will create an opportunity for more in-depth discussion and more time in small workshop groups, to explore and unpack our learnings.
This final online hui in the 2020-2021 Summit Series will build on kōrero from Hui#1 and Hui#2, and will be made up of panel discussions, an interactive workshop stream and a creative moment.
Online Hui #2: Be the Change
Online Hui 2 builds on the conversation started in Online Hui 1
—by delving into how we can be the change in order to implement the needed changes that became apparent through the discussions in Hui 1.
In a similar fashion, this event includes inspiring lightning talks, panel discussions and engaging workshops. It will be a chance for participants to learn about and share practical opportunities to take real action towards creating a more sustainable present and future through the SDGs.
